Individual 50 minute session : $175.00

Insurances Accepted: Premera, Lifewise, Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, and First Choice Health (Ex Kaiser Permanente PPO). The client is responsible for co-payment/co-insurance at time of service. It is the clients responsibility to check with their insurance company for eligibility. I do all billing on the client's behalf whether in or out of network.

Some insurance companies will reimburse out of network. If you are hoping to use your insurance that I do not accept, please check with them first about their reimbursement rates and policies.
